The Plasma Shotgun is an Energy Weapon brought forth in the Ghostbusters 30th Ann. Update; being the 23rd weapon in the Shop. It would lose its 525 value during the BlackBird Vs. AtomDrome Update.

Built to take down Ghosts, this Shotgun works wonders on that note, however outside such a niche compartment, this gun is truly an underdog for its cost, with good damage and a great rate of fire, at a steep slope of very low range, accuracy, and magazine; along with agility that's simply decent. Despite these problems, its able to take on one moderately built enemy.
Since it provides almost no range and a steep damage drop, users should always be on their feet in Run And Gun, getting up close and personal with opponents, enticing in Circle around's whenever possible. Avoid being caught on the run against Water Weapons, Launchers, and Heavy Weapons.
