The Dual Vamp-Handguns are Dual Healing Handguns added in the Werebat Bite, during the Trick or Treat Update.

A pair of close range Handguns with a decent rate of fire and good agility, aside from that unfortunately they promise little worth compared to other purchasable Handguns, as its range is what truly sets it back having almost the same reach as the Darkness Combo Guns, minus the buffs needed, with that said though these guns are easy to counter with long range attacks, and can be quickly pushed beneath the par with anti-equipment and tank builds.
Like most Dual Weapons, these pistols rely on close ranges to make use of their power, and so they work well in a Run And Gun where users can come in close and blast at their opponents, and if that isn't enough, send them to the grave with the active skill, which when used, replenishes lost health completely and deals massive healing and explosive damage in a 5m radius.

- The active skill included has a 5ft blast radius, and deals massive amounts of healing and explosive damage, however its recharge is the longest in the game, taking 45 seconds to recover.
- Interestingly, the explosion that occurs is identical to the emergence animation of a Werewolf.
