Being the first and most widespread of the Cartridge types, Bullet Ammo (and its affiliates, tipped & bladed) are the end all be all when it comes to Anti Equipment, as bullet-type indirectly signifies base damage for Weapons outside this type, unless otherwise specified in an armor card. So in other words, the more a user can buff/nerf a Non-Elemental Weapon, the more damage that can be reduced/increased for Elemental Weapons.
