The Big Kaboom is a Shotgun reaching its final form in St. Patrick's Day 2 as the final prize, which was welded in the St. Patrick's Day 2 Update.
Strategy[]
Straight out of legend, this massive barreled Shotgun has just four pellets, however, "expanding" when the user holds the fire button. By damage alone its decent, however slightly increasing its firepower is the fact that its charging phase will also enable for heightened range; which provided by its decent accuracy, agility, and reload speed, make it dangerous for moderate builds. Quite the stretch, but handlers may also be able to defeat a single maxed Anti Equipment build, so long as caught by surprise.
Utilize this weapon often in Camping strategies, rather than running, as the ammo size and rate of fire of this weapon make it very underperforming against large groups or even distanced opponents, take cover behind obstacles, or guarding nearby spawn points, letting its name take full effect on unsuspecting enemies. Oncoming or experienced foes can doge its dangerous blasts or simply get lucky, allowing Water Weapons, Heavy Weapons, and Launchers to work their magic.

- Before its debut, players presumed this weapon to be a 'Mark II' of the Blunderbuss, given it takes its true form of a thunder gun.
- It is the first weapon with a charging mechanic, oddly though, it would remain the only one of such that isn't a Bow.
- Falling in combat with a fully charged boom will not reset it on death, thereby, enemies will be able to see the gun still charging or fully charged.
- After the corpse respawns, the body vanishes along with the weapon, but its hum can still be heard; this is a bug as the sound will last indefinitely.
- During & after the Cyber Menace Update it received the bullet hole effect as well as its charging phases being recolored to blue.
- Its barrel has a slight resemblance to hand mortars from the early 17th century.
- At the height of its charge, players can two-shot kill Whiplash, and the same of such an output against maxed Anti Equipment. That is roughly 1,300% damage in a single round.
- It champions itself as the weapon with the most damage per shot (not per second).
- Interestingly the S.F. Headset's boost will flocculate with the charge of this weapon allowing it to go from 1,300% damage to 1,950%.
